The poem "Ask Me" by William Stafford was a well written poem full of imagery and personification. I had never read this poem previously but enjoyed it regardless. It was a little hard to decipher on my own, so going over it in class was very helpful. I would recommend this to a friend.
When I read the poem for the first time, I did find it interesting because I didn't know what is it about and I wasn't getting the idea that the author is trying to express, but I was into it when I read it for a second, a third time and more. I enjoyed reading it as you did!
